Subscription Services

We will grant the Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide right during the Subscription Term to permit Users authorised by the Customer to access and use the Platform for internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service, the relevant Order Form, and all laws and regulations applicable to the Customer.

Third Party Applications Uses

Mkonnect CRM is integrated with numerous third-party applications (hereinafter "Third Party Application(s)"). More Third Party Applications will also be integrated with Mkonnect CRM. You may also use the API to integrate any other Third Party Application with MKonnect CRM if the Third Party Application allows such integration. Acceptance of the terms of service and privacy policies applicable to such Third Party Applications (hereinafter "Third Party Terms") may be required for access and use of such Third Party Applications. Before accessing or using any Third Party Application, you must read and understand the Third Party Terms.

Email Policy

We advocate for the proper use of email. If your email bounce rate exceeds a certain threshold, your account will be blocked from sending any more emails. When sending commercial emails from MKonnect CRM, you must follow the requirements of our Anti Spam Policy.

It is our responsibility to keep our system free of illegal activities. Emails sent through MKonnect CRM will be monitored using automated tools to ensure better deliverability for our customers and to maintain our reputation. We may block emails from your account or even terminate your service if you violate our terms.
